First time visitors |

| Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with Natural Skin Online is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You
can choose to do so once you have placed your first order online. We can also accept orders by phone,
fax or e-mail.
Finding Products
First you will need to browse or search for the products you would like to order. Keyword and code
search boxes are located on the top of every page of our site. You will also find links to categories
and brands in the side navigation bar. When you find a product that interests you, click the name or image
of the product to see its features and specifications. Here you will find more information about the item,
including an availability, pricing and other important information.
Adding Items to Your Basket
If you want to order an item from Natural Skin Online, click the "Add to Basket" button on the product's
information page. Once you've added an item to your basket, click on the "Continue shopping" link to
keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access
the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the Basket link at the top right hand corner of every
page of our site (note that the basket link is only present when there are items in the basket).
Selecting a Delivery Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a delivery method accordingly.
The basket will automatically refresh to include the price of the delivery method in the order total (if
it does not, select the delivery method and click "Update"). When you're ready to place an order for
everything in the basket, click the "Checkout" button.
Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your basket.
To review a particular product click on the product name or image.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Basket,
click the "Checkout" button. You will be prompted with a "Sign
In" page. Click the create an account link. You will then be
taken to the first page of the order process.
Enter a Billing and Delivery Address
The billing address tells us where you want the invoice to be sent. The delivery address tells us where
to send your order. To have both sent to the same address, simply complete the billing address and select
the "Same as Billing Address" checkbox.
Provide a Method of Payment
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept many different methods of payment,
select one from the drop down list.
Review and Place Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you
are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to save your order. Once you place your order, we will
send you a confirmation email. We will send you another email at the time your order is dispatched.
Track the Status of your Order
If you would like to review or see the status of the order you placed, click the Order Status link in
the top right corner or side navigation bar of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to see the
particulars of your order without having to contact us.

How to find a specific product |
|
There are several ways to find a specific product at Natural Skin.
They are as follows:
Shop by Search
You can search for a specific product by using the search box which is located at
the top left of every page. Simply type the product name, keyword, code or
manufacturer you are looking for and then click on the Arrow button or press Enter
on your keyboard. If only one product matches your search criteria you will be
redirected to that product page.
For more refined results try our Advanced search.
Shop by Category
You can shop by category by using our side navigation bar. Simply click on the
category that matches the product you are looking for. Where appropriate we have
assigned some products to multiple categories. Once you reach the list of products
for that category you can use the sort by feature to sort the results. See also our entire
list of Categories.
Shop by Catalog
Have you noticed a number next to our advertised products in our catalog eg.
(123456). We call this the product code. Now you can find a product directly, by
typing the code in the search box as mentioned above or by using our Add direct to basket feature.

If you still can't find the product you are looking for then Contact us, or come into our store and we will be
happy to assist you.

How to place an order |
|
Placing an order with Natural Skin is easy. If you are already a customer, Sign In. We can also accept orders
by phone, fax or e-mail.
Adding Items to Your Basket
Click the "Add to Basket" button on the product's information page. Once you've added an item to your
basket, click on the "Continue shopping" link to keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all
of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the
Basket link at the top right hand corner of every page of our site (note that the basket link is only
present when there are items in the basket).
Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your basket. To review a particular product
click on the product name or image. To remove a product click the Remove link under Actions. If you would
like to order more of a product, type the new amount in the quantity box and then click the "Update" button.
Your basket will automatically refresh and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
Selecting a Delivery Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a devliery method accordingly.
The basket will automatically refresh to include the price of the delivery method in the order total (if
it does not, select the delivery method and click "Update"). When you're ready to place an order for
everything in the basket, click the "Checkout" button.
Enter Billing Details
Simply fill in a few essential personal details (only fields marked in bold are mandatory), then your
billing and delivery address. If you require the order to be delivered to a different address than your
billing address, then unselect "Same as Billing Address above" and fill in the delivery address details.
Provide a Method of Payment
Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept many different methods of payment, select
one from the drop down list. All orders must be prepaid.
Review and Place Your Order

How to cancel or modify an order |
|
At this stage, to cancel or modify an order that has yet to be dispatched you must Contact us.
To assist with a speedy resolution of your cancellation request, please state your name, order number and
advise if you wish to receive an account credit for which you can use against any future purchase, or if
you would prefer to receive a direct credit card refund (credit card orders only) or a cheque refund.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order cancellation has been processed.
Please be advised that the orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled, as they are already on their
way to your address. For an estimate of how long it takes a product to be dispatched from the time we receive
your order see the availability details on the product page.

Prices displayed are in $AUD and, where applicable, GST inclusive.
Our online and instore prices may differ. The online price applies to goods purchased online.
When a product is back ordered, the price shown may no longer be current, as new stock may have
different prices. In most cases there is a price reduction, however we will inform you of the new price and seek your instructions before proceeding.

Product availability |
|
The availability estimate on each product's information page refers only to how long it will take
that item to be dispatched from our warehouse once you place your order. It does not include the time
your order will take to reach you once we deliver it. Delivery time depends upon the delivery method
you choose during the order process.
The following is a list of the several types of availability estimates you might see for products on our site.
- Usually ships in 24 hours. We expect to be able to prepare this item for delivery
within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Usually ships in 1-2 days. We expect to be able to prepare this item for delivery within
1-2 days of receiving your order.

Usually ships in 1-2 working days
. We expect to receive the item from a nearby warehouse and
deliver it to you within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your
order.
-
Usually ships in 2-3 days
. We expect to receive the item from a nearby warehouse and
deliver it to you within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.
-
Usually ships in 5-7 days
. We expect to receive the item from a nearby warehouse and
deliver it to you within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order.
- Usually ships in 1-2 weeks. We expect to receive the item from a supplier and deliver it to
you within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving your order.
- Yet to be released. The product has yet to be released and we are awaiting its arrival.
- Back ordered. Our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more of this item in
stock, but we hope to be able to deliver it to you within 2 to 5 weeks.

Special order
. We must obtain this item directly from the manufacturer
and can then deliver it to you within 3 to 6 weeks of receiving
your order. These items are obtained directly from different suppliers.
Some have never been ordered by us and may not have been ordered
by any store for quite a while. Please note that items occasionally
become discontinued. We will notify you within 2 to 3 days if
we have trouble obtaining an item.
- Discontinued. This item is no longer available for order as it has been discontinued
by the manufacturer.
We will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery method
you choose. The estimated delivery time will appear on the order form. Once you've placed your order, you'll
be able to see estimated delivery date in the order confirmation email and in the relevant order status
in your account.
While every effort is made to keep availability indications up to date, occasionally a products
availability may change without being immediately updated. We will advise you accordingly, and ask for
your instructions regarding the ordering of these products.

Redeeming a gift voucher |
|
All you need to redeem your gift voucher is your voucher code.
If you want to redeem your gift voucher when you place a new order, just add items to your basket
and click "Checkout". When completing your profile at the first stage of the order process
type your code where it says "Gift voucher code (if applicable)" and continue the order process as normal.
If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be given the opportunity
to provide a credit card number to pay for the balance.
Please note that a gift voucher may have restrictions that limit you to one per purchase.

Payment options and currency |

Prices displayed are in $AUD and, where applicable, GST inclusive.
We currently support the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card. We accept MasterCard, Visa , American Express and Diner's Club Cards. Please note that the use of AMEX & Diners Club Cards may attract a 3% Surcharge on top of the total purchase amount. To pay by credit card select "Credit Card" from the payment method drop down list at checkout.
- Money Order or Cheque. To pay using a money order or check select "Money Order or Cheque" from the
payment method drop down list at checkout. Complete the order process as normal. At the confirmation stage of the
order process you will be given a page to print and complete. Either contact us by phone or fax / email the
completed page to us. Please be advised that it is our policy to hold checks for 5 working days until they
clear so your order will not be dispatched until 5 working days from the date we receive the cheque.
- Phone - Natural Skin to contact me. Simply complete the order process as normal. One of our
sales team will then contact you regarding payment. If there is a specific time and date you would like
us to contact you, please specify this in the comments field at the billing stage.
- Flexirent. To pay using Flexirent select "Flexirent" from the payment method drop down list at
checkout. Complete the order process as normal. At the payment stage of the order process you will be given
the Flexirent Direct contact details which you can use to apply for Flexirent. We will dispatch the product(s)
upon approval from Flexirent.
Please be advised that we cannot deliver the product(s) until full payment has been received.

Invoices |
|
All goods will be supplied with a Tax Invoice. Items purchased through Flexirent will be supplied with a delivery docket. If you have special requests in regards to your invoicing, please write your request in the comments section of your order.

Once your details are verified and stock is confirmed your credit card will be charged. If there
are any problems you will be contacted immediately.

Order process |
|
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of reception on the site. If there are stock availability issues, customers will be contacted within that period. If you are unsure about the status of your order, feel free to contact us on 02 9210 5616.

Warehouse locations |
|
Natural Skin has 3 warehouses located in NSW, 2 of which are located within the Sydney CBD. This
means that the majority of the online orders we receive will be dispatched from our Sydney CBD warehouses.

Delivery methods, times and rates |
|
We charge a delivery fee based upon the delivery method you select. The
delivery methods we currently offer are:
- Registered Post: Deliveries should arrive in capital
cities between 1-5 working days from being dispatched. Deliveries
to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional working days.
A fixed fee of $10.00 (inc. GST) applies and all items sent are
insured. This option is only available for items under 2KG.
- Express Post: Deliveries should arrive the "Next Business
Day"^ from being dispatched.
A fixed fee of $25.00 (inc. GST) Applies. This option is only
available for items under 2KG.
^"Next Business Day" delivery is guaranteed, when posted
between locations within the same Express Post Next Business Day
network on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with
the conditions set out by Express Post & Australia Post. Natural Skin accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or consequential
loss whatsoever resulting from or due to the use of Express Post.
- VIP Courier Service: Deliveries can be arranged on a
special courier service. Delivery time and price for this service
varies depending on the location of delivery. Customers will be
contacted and advised of the price before the order is processed.
- Pickup from Natural Skin Midcity: Delivery time depends
on stock availability. Customers will be contacted and advised
before the order is processed. (Usually Same Days.)
- Pickup from Natural Skin Bondi. To arrange a special
pick-up from Natural Skin Bondi, please call 02 9210 5616.
This service may not be available for all products and may take
up to 3 Business Days.
A fixed fee of $8 (inc. GST) applies.
- Pickup from Natural Skin North Sydney. To arrange a special
pick-up from Natural Skin North Sydney, please call 02 9210 5616.
This service may not be available for all products and may take
up to 3 Business Days.
A fixed fee of $8 (inc. GST) applies.
- Pickup from Natural Skin Chatswood. To arrange a special
pick-up from Natural Skin Chatswood, please call
02 9210 5616.
This service may not be available for all products and may take
up to 3 Business Days.
A fixed fee of $8 (inc. GST) applies.
We plan to add additional delivery methods from multiple carriers as
well as launch an international distribution system in the near
future.

Delivery tracking |
|
If the delivery method you selected at checkout supports delivery tracking then you will be issued
with a Parcel Tracking Number. By clicking on the order status page you will have access to the carrier’s
site for a current status of your delivery. Please be advised that not all of the carriers we use offer
this method of delivery tracking.
If you would like to track the status of your order, you can do so by clicking the Order Status link in the top
right corner or side navigation bar of most pages on our site. Here you can track your order as it moves
through the various stages of the order process.

Modifying your user profile |
|
To modify your account profile you will need to sign in to
your account using your email address and password. Once you have
signed in click on "Update Your Profile" link, then simply adjust
any of the details you require and click "Update Profile" to save
your changes.

Modifying your email address |
|
To modify your account email address you will need to contact
enquiries@naturalskin.com.au with your request, the new email address and the current password for
your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for our customer service team to update your account. Once your
account is updated, the new email address will be required to sign in and all emails regarding future orders
will be sent to the new email address.

Modifying your password |
|
To modify your account password you will need to sign in to
your account using your existing password. Once you have signed
in click on "Update Your Profile" link, then replace your old password
(displayed as *) with your new password. Click the "Update Profile"
button to save the changes. Your new password will become active
immediately and will be required to sign in to your account once
you sign out.
To have the modified password sent to you, click the "Retrieve password?" link next to the password input box.

Retrieving your password |
|
To have your account password sent to you, click on the "Retrieve
password?" link in "Update Profile" page, or directly
by visiting our Retrieve password page.
Type the your account email address in the email input box,
then click "Retrieve password". Please be advised that the email
address you enter in the email input box must match your account
email address.

Order status |
|
You can track the status of your order by clicking the Order Status link in the top right corner
or side navigation bar of most pages on our site. Here you can track your order as it moves through the
various stages of the order process.
Simply select the order number you want to track. The status of the order will reflect one of the following:
- In Process. We have received
your order and are in the process of confirming payment, verifying delivery address and product availability.
- Warehouse. Your ordered products are at our warehouse and we are in the process of organising delivery.
- Dispatched. We have successfully
received your payment and your order is currently en route via the delivery method selected at checkout.
- Completed. We have been informed
by the delivery carrier that your ordered products have been delivered or that you have picked up your order from our store. If you have not received your order
or instructions on how to collect your order please Contact us immediately.
- Pending. We are awaiting
payment or in the process of credit card verification. Your order will be dispatched upon approval.
- Ready to Pickup. Your order has arrived at our store and is ready for pickup. Please
bring proof of purchase and a photo ID with you.
- Expired. Your order was pending
and has now expired. If applicable payment has been reversed.

Back Ordered
. We are currently awaiting inventory in our warehouse.
- Cancelled. Your order has been
cancelled due to discontinued products or your request.
- Returned. Your order has been
returned to our warehouse and either payment has been reversed or we are in the process of exchange.

Approved
. We are unable to verify the status of your order and/or
stock may no longer be available. We will contact you shortly.

Add/remove subscriptions to newsletter |
|
To add or remove yourself from our mailing list, you simply need to login to your account
using your email address and password. Once you have signed in click on "Update Your Profile" link.
Once in your "Update Your Profile" page, simply tick or un-tick the subscription agreement,
then click "update Profile".
